He is the CEO of Delatorro Worldwide Empowerment, and was named "One of the Top 30 under 30," an award presented for business leadership in the Tampa, Florida area. 

An accomplished and powerful keynote speaker, seminar leader and personal coach, McNeal has spoken before corporations, colleges, school systems and civic organizations. In 2011, he became a Certified Speaking Professional, which is the highest recognition of professional speaking excellence. He was featured in the 2009 film, The YES Movie, and was the winner of Who's Who of Business in Tampa Bay in 2008.

McNeal uses his skills as a peak performance expert to join with Fortune 500 corporations, professional associations, and others on a contract basis, teaching and motivating organizations to greater effectiveness, morale, teamwork and communication. He is a member of the Global Speakers Federation and the National Speakers Association.

He has also worked in network television and syndicated radio across the nation.

His motivational books and DVDs have sold tens of thousands of copies, and his latest book, Caught Between A Dream And A Job: How to Leave the 9 to 5 Behind and Step into the Life You've Always Wanted, was published in 2008.

An honors graduate with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees, Delatorro McNeal attended Florida State University and is based in Tampa, Florida.
